Similarly, is it possible to combine pages and categories?

I have the following code in my header.php and would like to be able to encorporate child drop-downs.

    <?php wp_list_pages('sort_column=menu_order&depth=1&title_li='); ?>
    <?php wp_list_categories('sort_column=menu_order&depth=1&title_li='); ?>
    <?php wp_register('<li class="admintab">','</li>'); ?>
