I installed the plugin and have it working in the old toolbar etc.  But what I can not fiigure out is how to do I get what pages I want in the drop down menu.  My home page link disappered and can not find it.  When I create pages it adds it to the menu bar, but I can not figure out how to get the pages in a drop down menu.

What you need to do is manually place in a home page link as per the readme. When you create pages you need to create sub-pages for them to appear as a drop-down.
